What brought you to CSN?
I spent 8 years in nonprofit work before leaving to go into the for-profit world. While there, although I learned so much, I desired working for a reason and having a bigger purpose to my work other than financial gain.  The cause here and the effort toward that goal is something that I wanted to be a part of.

What I do at CSN
I’ve been brought on as the director of engagement support. I oversee developing systems and strategies that will give donors and families the best possible experience. 

What I like most about my job
Honestly, I love the planning and executing part of my job.  Developing a plan with a group of people and executing it, seeing it’s impact on other people, that is an incredibly rewarding thing.

What moment have you cherished most at CSN?
Going to the chapter meeting this year in Tampa. Getting to be apart of that moment and being in the room with so many families all working toward a common goal encouraged me.
