In 2010, The Cure Starts Now funded a grant for Dr. Mark Souweidane of Weill Cornell Medical College. On Friday, June 15th 2018, groundbreaking results from the Phase I Study of tumor-targeting Convection-Enhanced Delivery (CED) of radio immunotherapy for Diffuse Pontine Glioma in Children were published in Lancet Oncology .
