Oh where do I start. Viv is a tenacious, fearless, spitfire little human. She loves God, the color blue, everything dinosaur and caring for others. She's a sweet warrior that is fighting fierce. She completed 30 sessions of radiation without sedation. She went to Duke for a biopsy, and was the first patient ever for the SDT 201 trial to have the whole pons treated at once. She had to shave her head but rocked it while allowing her amazing personality to continue to shine through.  She went 14 months from diagnosis,  1 year from radiation, 9 months from her first SDT  procedure before she was treated again on Aug 16. She will now travel to DC from FL for a year to undergo the entire procedure each time every 4/5 weeks. She won't have to shave her head anymore but will still have the cap screwed into her skull for the procedure to work. Vivian is 15 months post diagnosis and still thriving!
