Nick Folkens was diagnosed with brain cancer in 8th grade. He has been fighting for almost 10 years now with countless rounds of proton radiation, chemo-therapies, and clinical trial drugs. In the past 2 years his tumor progressed to a Glioblastoma. He recently passed on August 22nd, 2022. Nick was so strong and was fighting for so long. Throughout his life, Nick has been the most patient, gentle, and kind soul.
