The Cure Starts Now's Tribute Funds

Nash Rogers Tribute Page

“Nashie Boy” as he was often called, was the kindest kid you could ever meet.  Beloved son of Matthew and Valerie Rogers.  And the best brother his three sisters Lucca, Sayla, and Gretta could ask for.  Nash and his family live in Brentwood, NH, but Nash also spent a large part of his life at his happy place the family camp in Casco, ME.

Nash had an infectious smile, a sense of humor wise beyond his years, and he touched the heart of anyone who was privileged to know him.  He was a ‘go with the flow’ type of kid and was happiest playing Legos and riding his bike.  Nash had a passion for antique cars and trucks which he shared as a bond with his dad.

He was almost always spotted with a flat cap on his head, dirty sticky hands, scraped up knees, and a sweet grin on his face.  Nash loved to run and play.  He could climb anything, and his red bike was his most prized possession.

Nash befriended almost anyone he met and was always looking out for others.  His friendship and genuine empathy for others left a lasting impact on others around him.

He was diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) in late December 2020.  Nash who never complained, battled with ultimate courage for 6 months and 16 days before he was freed from a body that failed him.

During his battle Nash lived his best life with many amazing adventures and continuously raising awareness for DIPG.  His battle story touched so many people while he was on this earth, and he is still inspiring people to live their best lives after he left us for a better place.

Nash’s mark on this world will never be forgotten.  He is deeply missed by his large family and many friends.

During Nash's battle the Rogers family motto was "as we fight for Nash, we fight for them all". Now we fight for them all in Nash's name.
