Lydia was diagnosed on August 7, 2021. She passed on September 26th, 2021 on her 5 1/2 birthday. 

We did not seek treatment , steroids or trials. We simply choose to live the last of her days with love and playtime with her older sister and best friend.  She knew she was dying but was more concerned with our feelings. She had a chance to say her beautiful goodbyes and I love you’s. I would not changed a thing other than the diagnosis itself. This child was simply perfect in every way. Too many qualities to mention. Clearly she was a short gift to our family and was made for another world.
