Our beloved daughter Jennavieve Saria Jo Alvarez or ‘Evie’ as everyone knew her, passed away from a rare brain cancer called DIPG in just three short months after diagnosis; forever nine years old. She fought with courage and never lost hope.  

Evie was a Girl Scout and a gymnast. Her other passions were drawing, crafting and quoting movies. She was a helper, a giver, a jokester, a thrill seeker, a game board expert, and our precious baby girl. Her smile was infectious, her laugh was joyful, and her spirit was second to none.
