Kristella (Stella) was. Having leg pain for several months and we were told it was just growing pains until she couldn’t walk well and a MRI was requested. At that time they found a large tumor intertwined in the bottom of her spine. Stella had surgery that removed 80% of tumor and then we did proton radiation and we seems to be stable until she relapsed (7 new tumors total . 5 in brain and 2 upper spine) earlier this year and we started treatment again. We just finished radiation and will have a 2wk break before we start chemo for 2 cycles as of right now.
